Who Am I

Hello!

I’m a Maryland-based therapist who works with adults dealing with things like PTSD, OCD, anxiety, grief, depression, relationship stress, and family conflict. A lot of people I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just tired of carrying everything on their own—and that makes a lot of sense.

Mental health is something I care deeply about. I know how hard it can be to struggle or feel like things won’t get better, and I’ve also seen how meaningful it can be to work through those tough moments and start feeling more like yourself again.

But more than anything, I believe therapy works best when it feels comfortable, genuine, and supportive. The relationship really matters.

If you feel like we might be a good fit, I’d love for you to reach out.
